FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How do I place an order?
Click "My Account" on top right side of the websiteFor registered customers can login using your email account. New customers can create an account and then click "Log In" Select the products that you want, choose the quantity and click "Add to Cart". You may also adjust the quantity before click on "Add to Cart" or upon checkout
After selecting all items, mouse over to the shopping cart on your top right corner and click on "Go to Cart" to view your selection and amount. Once you have checked the items and amount are correct, click on "Checkout"
Alternatively, you can select "Checkout" to proceed direct to the payment page.
Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time and Mode of Payment then click "Confirm"
You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
2. How do I confirm my order?
After submitting an order, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of order with an order number given. Please note that confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availability.
3. What are the modes of payment?
Credit Card – VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & JCB
4. Forgot my password.
Click here to reset your password. You will be asked for an email address that we may email your new password to.
5. Can I order in bulk?
Yes, definitely. If your order has more than 20 pieces of a single product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 63927855.
6. Missing items?
We strongly recommend that you check through your items upon delivery. If there are any missing items, please inform our delivery team member immediately or contact us at email@example.com.
7. Product ordered is out of stock.
We apologize for the out of stock product. While we do our best to ensure that all the products listed on are in stock, there will be instances where a product you ordered is unavailable (either partially or entirely) and we will contact you to suggest for a replacement (unless you selected "Substitute Only"). If you prefer not to have a replacement, you will only be charged for the items that are delivered to you.
8. Minimum order and delivery charges.
Free delivery for orders above S$100.00
For orders below S$100.00, a flat rate of S$10.00 per delivery
9.What are the delivery timings?
Order Received Before 6:00 pm will be delivered within 3 working days.
10. Problem with the product.
We aim to make you satisfied with your order and will advise you to check your order immediately upon delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER and we'll resolve the issue(s) immediately. Please leave the product in its original packaging should it be a product related issue.
