Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and make it right.
If you receive a defective product, notify us as soon as possible. We offer a 7-day return window for defective items, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at support@haniffa.com.sg. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or special offer items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
